What you will achieve with us

Counseling students on (psycho-)social issues
Advising school principals, teachers, and guardians
Networking and collaboration with specialized agencies and authorities, triage
Advising the school on the implementation of health promotion and prevention
Informing and raising awareness on relevant child and youth topics
Professional advice and assessment in cases of possible child welfare endangerment
Class interventions and coaching of teachers on social challenges (e.g., conflicts, bullying) in the class
Participation in a diverse team of school social workers

How you inspire us

Higher education in social work or social pedagogy
Specialized further training, e.g., CAS Systemic Counseling or CAS School Social Work
Experience and joy in working with children and adolescents
Interest in working in a school setting
