To support our sales department at the Hinwil location, we are looking for an engaged and goal-oriented
Sales and Solution Consultant 100% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve with us
- Consulting and collaboration in our interdisciplinary and international sales teams
- Understanding and implementation of customer requirements in intralogistics systems
- Conceptual development of solutions with Ferag technologies, in close cooperation with the specialist departments (System Engineering, Product Development, Software Engineering, and Project Management)
- Clarifying appointments, delivery conditions, and technical feasibility
- Preparing calculations, offers, customer presentations, and contracts
- Overarching sales support activities such as creating and maintaining offer templates, validating the CRM pipeline, and project controlling
- Supporting our demanding customers during visits in Hinwil, but also on site. This includes willingness for international travel of about 10%
- Representing our company and solutions to customers and at trade fairs
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training and university degree or equivalent, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
- Business management training
- Professional experience in national and international capital goods sales
- Ideally experience in an intralogistics market area such as e-commerce, fashion logistics, production logistics, or similar
- Solid technical and commercial expertise
- Professional, convincing, and empathetic demeanor as well as good communication skills
- Fluent oral and written knowledge of German and English
- Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm
- Very good analytical skills as well as precise and independent working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Team player with perseverance and good manners
- Resilience and efficient work even under pressure to meet deadlines
