What you will achieve with us
- You are responsible for the inpatient and outpatient reporting, including scanning, formatting reports, and correcting them until dispatch and case closure.
- You are responsible for controlling tasks and monitor compliance with deadlines.
- You handle correspondence (phone/mail/email) with internal and external parties.
- You relieve the station and senior doctors of all administrative tasks and take over holiday cover.

- Because you have completed your basic medical training in a hospital and bring the completed training as a medical secretary. This requirement is mandatory for this position.
- With your very good knowledge of office programs and their applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), which are very important for this position.
- With your customer-oriented (patients, referrers, internal stakeholders) and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Through your knowledge of medical terminology, which you acquired in a hospital.
- Through your independent and responsible working style as well as your sense of duty and confidentiality.
