We are looking for a committed, experienced, and assertive leader. In this responsible key position, you will manage our largest site "Hardwald" in Unterengstringen and coordinate the operational activities of all gravel and concrete plants. Together with your team, you ensure smooth production and actively drive the further development of processes and equipment.
Your tasks- Overall responsibility for efficient, safe, and trouble-free operation of our gravel and concrete plants
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion, and development of employees
- Production and personnel planning
- Optimization of process flows as well as planning, control, and implementation of maintenance and investment projects
- Close cooperation with the departments of production, sales, scheduling, and technical services
- Ensuring and implementing occupational safety and health protection guidelines (AS/GS)
- Preparation of reports/statistics for management or your supervisor "Operations Manager"
- Completed studies (e.g., civil or mechanical engineering) or technical basic training with business management further education at HF/FH level (or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in employee leadership as well as in the operation and maintenance of production facilities
- Experience in the implementation of construction and conversion projects in plant engineering
- Knowledge of gravel, concrete, or recycling production is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Self-organization skills, empathy, and stress resistance
- Confident PC skills and MS Office applications as well as fluent German language skills are required
- Valid driving license category B is mandatory
