AS A NEW TEAM MEMBER, YOU MUST:
- Have completed basic professional training (CFC)
- Have experience in a similar role or demonstrate success in your past achievements
- Possess a valid driving license (category B)
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF:
- You can manage a designated territory – from maintaining existing customers to seeking new ones to grow our business.

- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy establishing and maintaining good relationships with business partners.
- You plan and implement regional projects and events, ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- You strategically use all available resources to achieve your goals while considering environmental aspects.
- You introduce new product categories, items, and promotions in our clients’ points of sale to capture market share.
- You enjoy using new digital tools to achieve the best results.
- You are responsible for managing cash-in processes, including direct sales from the vehicle and order taking.
- Your ability to analyze the market and consumer behavior, combined with your sense of opportunity, allows you to write business analyses and proposals for strategic investments in clients’ points of sale.
- You negotiate contracts, ensure visibility and availability of our portfolio products, activate the commercial marketing calendar, and apply merchandising standards to prepare points of sale for consumers.
- You manage our assets in the market and in clients’ points of sale.
- You use sales tools to write reports and ensure the quality of points of sale.
