Polymechanic as Deputy Shift Leader in Plastics Processing
Activities
- Assisting in leading, planning, organizing, and coordinating the entire shift team (5-10 employees)
- Co-responsibility for order processing and production control
- Support in ensuring an optimal shift handover
- Conducting initial sample inspections according to inspection plans
- Deputizing for the shift leader during their absence
Requirements
- Professional experience in a production company, preferably with leadership experience
- Basic technical training
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills (MS Office)
- High degree of reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
- Assertiveness and organizational talent
