For our in-house Spitex, we are looking for a
Team Leader Spitex 80-100%
Your tasks
- Operational and professional leadership of the Spitex team with about 10 employees, apprentices, and students (planning, coaching, deployment control, quality development)
- Ensuring needs-based, person-centered care (clarification/advice/coordination, treatment care, basic care)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing management, doctors, physio, and long-term care
- Continuous process and interface optimization (documentation, service recording, billing)
- Participation in education (induction, practical instruction, learning promotion)
Your profile
- Certified nurse HF/FH; several years of practice in a Spitex
- First leadership experience (or proven potential), enjoyment in coaching & team development
- Confident use of electronic nursing documentation and service systematics
- High social and communication skills, organizational strength, and decisiveness
- Willingness for assignments in daily business
