Polymechanic – Assembly – Valve Assembler / Valve Locksmith – good hourly wage – permanent assignment

Activities

Independent assembly according to documentation of complete valves for piston compressors
Carrying out functional tests of the assembled valves
Quality inspection and pre-packaging of the assembled valves for shipping
Setting up and operating the brush deburring and vibratory grinding system, labeling, packaging and washing system as well as the laser and lapping machine
Deburring of milled parts
Final inspection before packaging washed parts (visual inspection)
Self-inspection or four-eyes inspection of manufactured workpieces (with measuring tools)

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ, mechanic/locksmith in mechanical engineering or plant and apparatus engineering with EFZ
Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
Manual dexterity, persistent as well as precise and conscientious working method
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (Level C1)
Independent approach and enjoyment of working at various workplaces
Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and openness to work on Saturdays during high workload
