About the job
Would you like to actively accelerate Switzerland’s digital transformation in the age of AI and support decision-makers as a trusted sparring partner?
ELCA Advisory works with leading clients to do just that. Independent in our consulting approach and at the same time part of the ELCA Group, we are the leading independent Swiss partner for AI-powered digital transformation — from strategy through management and technology consulting, to transformation and implementation support. Our strength lies in the combination of solid consulting expertise, technological excellence, and pragmatic execution.
To continue supporting our growth, we are looking for a Consultant to strengthen our team in Lausanne/Pully and Geneva.
Your responsibilities
In the context of focused consulting engagements or longer-term transformation initiatives, you will — depending on client needs — contribute to advisory work, business analysis, workshop preparation and facilitation, or the delivery of workstreams and sub-projects.
While you work very independently in your consulting role, you will collaborate — in addition to other ELCA Advisory colleagues — with deep-tech experts from across the ELCA Group as needed, including architects, UX designers, data, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity specialists.
This includes:
- Close collaboration with decision-makers and senior stakeholders at client organizations
- Shaping the interface between business and IT — from strategy through implementation
- Supporting the execution of workstreams and projects, with guidance from more experienced colleagues
- Preparing analyses, presentations, and workshop materials, and actively contributing during client interactions
- Actively coaching junior colleagues and fostering knowledge exchange within the team
- Actively contributing to knowledge exchange within the team and supporting the development of our consulting offerings
- Supporting the development and maintenance of sustainable client relationships
What we offer
- Rich opportunities to actively shape Switzerland’s digital transformation in the age of AI
- A structured and supportive environment to develop consulting and leadership skills
- Dynamic and collegial environment with highly qualified experts
- Close collaboration in an inspiring, diverse team and an international network consisting of consultants, engineers, architects, UX designers, data scientists, and various experts and managers
- Regular, constructive feedback from colleagues as part of the personal development process
- Access to high-quality training (technology, methods, soft skills) including a wealth of possible self-directed learning journeys and support for official certifications
- Challenging projects with high impact and relevance for society
Your profile
- Passion for transforming organizations through technology and positively impacting people and society in Switzerland and beyond
- 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy/management consulting or high-caliber technology consulting
- Solid foundational consulting skills and initial experience in cross-functional project environments
- Experience in preparing presentations and supporting workshops with diverse stakeholders
- Strong listening, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work reliably in a team environment, with growing autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences; a business specialization in business is a plus
- Initial exposure to common methods and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, CISM, etc.) is an advantage
- Interest or initial experience in relevant topics, e.g. Artificial Intelligence including Agentic AI, cloud transformation, public procurement
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken); German on top is a strong plus
If you are a results-driven and forward-looking individual with a passion for innovation, structured problem-solving, people, and organizations, we would be delighted to get to know you. Let’s work together with our clients to shape Switzerland’s digital future in the age of AI!
