• Together with your project team, you actively drive all phases – from the initial design through production to commissioning, type tests, and final approval. In doing so, you take responsibility for coordinating and leading the team.

• You develop technical solutions and coordinate them with our (inter)national customers and suppliers based on the requirements specification, making clear decisions and setting the direction.
• You identify project-specific risks and develop effective solution strategies, which you proactively communicate and implement within the team.
• You are responsible for budget and schedule targets in close cooperation with the commercial project manager and ensure that your team achieves these goals purposefully and efficiently.

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, ideally complemented by business management training
• Several years, at least 7 years, of experience in leading and managing complex industrial large-scale projects, with proven success in organization, result responsibility, and team leadership
• Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills (at least level C1), additional language skills are an advantage
