Head of the Rorschach City Nursing Home

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the nursing home
• Strategic development of the facility according to social and financial requirements
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the management team in the nursing home
• Ensuring high-quality care and support for the residents in cooperation with the nursing service management
• Financial and budget responsibility, controlling, and reporting
• Representation of the institution towards authorities, partners, and the public
• You report directly to the city president

• Higher education in health or social services with business management training, preferably with nursing home management training
• Several years of leadership experience in a social or care facility
• Strong business management knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and social competence
• Strong communication skills and an integrative leadership style
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
