To support all of Switzerland with locations in Oberbuchsiten/SO, Dübendorf/ZH, and Vernier/GE, we are immediately looking for a proactive and communicative HR Manager/HRBP 80-100% (m/f/d).
The workplace can be Oberbuchsiten or Dübendorf.
Job Description
- Responsibility for the HR area of Rentokil Switzerland with around 140 employees and development of HR processes in Switzerland
- Consulting and coaching of management and managers in all personnel matters
- Support of employees throughout Switzerland (including the French-speaking part) in personnel issues
- Responsible for recruitment, including hiring
- Personnel administration from entry to exit, including drafting employment contracts, references, etc.
- Responsibility for monitoring/reporting of time tracking data
- Coordination of payroll runs in cooperation with the external payroll provider/finance department
- Reporting of key figures to management and the group
- Participation in HR projects of the group
- Organization of internal training as well as employee events
- Preparatory payroll accounting for external payroll service provider
Qualifications
- Completed commercial basic training and further education in HR (professional certificate, or similar)
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- German as native language, fluent in English and French, Italian would be an additional plus
- Ability to operate in a matrix organization with a corporate background
- Strong communication skills, flexible, hands-on mentality
- High service orientation
- Enjoyment of diverse HR tasks, including both operational and strategic responsibilities
