You take over the professional supervision of employees and develop them purposefully

You support the physiotherapy management with your professional expertise in the budgeting process

In neurological rehabilitation, you treat patients competently and with commitment
You use modern, device-supported therapy methods and robotics purposefully and effectively
Your work strengthens independence, quality of life, and sustainable therapy success

Completed training as a physiotherapist and a master's degree (MAS or MSc) – or willingness to obtain one
Several years of professional experience (3–5 years) in neurological rehabilitation with expertise in device-supported therapy and robotics
Very good professional and industry knowledge; Evidence Based Medicine is your lived practice and you naturally include current studies
Basic business administration knowledge and an active professional network complement your profile
Initiative, farsighted self-management as well as flexibility and reliability characterize you
You bring communication skills, a constructive feedback culture, and methodical-didactic competence
Advanced MS Office skills
SRK recognition for foreign diploma
Very good German skills, spoken and written
