Eawag is the internationally networked water research institute of the ETH domain (Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology). It conducts research, is involved in education, and is active in specialized consulting. It pursues two parallel goals: to meet the immediate human need for water and to maintain the functionality and survival of aquatic ecosystems.
Administrative Assistant 60% (m/f/d)
For our research department Aquatic Ecology (Eco) we are looking for an additional person at the Dübendorf site
Are you flexible and need variety in your workday? With us, no day is like the other: from administrative support of employees, to checking finances, to assisting with new hires – in this hub function you work closely with your team colleague and skillfully handle the concerns of the employees. The activity is mainly carried out on site. The specific working days will be agreed upon, with Monday being mandatory.
For this diverse range of tasks, you bring a commercial education and several years of professional experience in a similar position. We are looking for a resilient, independent, and committed personality with experience in administration and finance as well as proficient MS Office and Teams skills and an affinity for reorganizing processes. SAP knowledge and numerical affinity are a great advantage. You have very good oral and written German and English skills, high social competence, keep an overview even in hectic times, and think in a networked way. In addition, you appreciate good and close collaboration and like to make an important contribution in a multicultural, scientific environment. A service-oriented, responsible, and reliable working style as well as respectful interaction are a matter of course for you.

- Participation in the development and optimization of process workflows and other tasks
