Work location: Stettbach and Zurich Airport
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM 3:30 PM - 7:15 PM
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring smooth, innovative, and economical customer care and service delivery in the property to be managed
- Technical inspections
- Operation and maintenance of systems
- First intervention in case of malfunctions and damage reports
- Implementation of measures within your own area of responsibility
- Signing reports, invoice control, and accounting documentation
- Planning regular maintenance work, control, and documentation
- Providing on-call service
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
- Proficient IT skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Structured and independent working style
