What you can achieve
- Support of the clinical research team in all study-specific activities
- Communication with study participants as well as preparation and conduct of study visits
- Collection and documentation of study data from medical records, source documents, and CRFs as well as recording and reporting of AEs, SAEs, and SUSARs
- Sample collection, processing, and shipping as well as ordering, preparation, management, and return of study medications
- Contact person for external monitors as well as accompaniment of monitoring visits
- Creation and updating of source documents as well as archiving of study documents
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a nurse, degree in a medical assistant profession, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in conducting and coordinating clinical studies according to Good Clinical Practice guidelines is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as friendly, professional, and patient-oriented demeanor
- Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills as well as precise and reliable working methods
- Independence, discretion, as well as service and solution orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
