LANDI Goldach-Mörschwil Cooperative is a lively and successful trading and service company at three different locations and employs around 45 customer-oriented employees. We are active in the areas of agricultural trade, AGROLA heating and fuels, as well as retail.

To complement our team at the VOLG store Mörschwil, we are looking for an open-minded, proactive, and team-oriented personality by arrangement as

Store Manager

The following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

Management of store staff and creation of duty rosters
Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
Support in recruiting new employees
Supervision of apprentices (trainer)
Friendly and courteous customer advice
Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Handling various administrative tasks
Responsibility and supervision in the branch's postal agency
Cash register operation including daily accounting

Your profile:

Completed training in retail with a federal diploma or equivalent
Further training as a trainer with a federal diploma
Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Very good German skills in writing and speaking
High willingness for flexible working hours
Independent and reliable working style
High social and professional competence
