Job description

We are looking for a CAM Programmer - F/M/X to join our team in Geneva and handle the programming and optimization of CNC machines with the main CAM software.

🔥 Your responsibilities

Analyze technical drawings and 3D models to define the shapes and dimensions of the parts to be manufactured.
Choose the tools and machining strategies adapted to each project.
Program CNC machines using CAM software (Mastercam, Creo, Alphacam, GibbsCAM, Esprit, Hypermill, Autodesk Fusion, TopSolid).
Simulate and validate programs to optimize machining time and ensure the quality of parts.
Take charge of production launch and support operators on site.
Ensure programming and machining on multi-bar equipment and machines specific to bracelet manufacturing.
Use Boolean CAM functionalities for advanced model management.
Collaborate with technical teams for continuous process improvement.

🎯 Your profile

5 to 8 years of professional experience in CAM programming and CNC machining.
Proficiency in CAM software: Mastercam, Creo, Alphacam, GibbsCAM, Esprit, Hypermill, Autodesk Fusion, TopSolid.
Skills in 2D/3D CAD and machining programming.
Field experience in direct handling of CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
Good knowledge of machining processes and materials.
Fluent in French and English. German is a plus.
