Your tasks – Your chance
• Insight into various departments such as logistics, purchasing, marketing, sales, finance, communication, and human resources
• Administrative support in different areas
• Processing customer inquiries and offers
• Data maintenance and creation of simple evaluations
• Organization of appointments and meetings
• Support with internal and external communication tasks
• Participation in daily business and gradual assumption of own areas of responsibility
• Work with modern tools and office programs
Your profile – What you bring
• School education (secondary level) with good performance in German, mathematics, and English
• Interest in commercial processes and enjoyment in dealing with numbers and data
• Organizational talent and careful working style
• Sociability and customer orientation
• Teamwork skills and willingness to take responsibility
• Willingness to learn and motivation to gain insights into various company areas
• Knowledge of MS Office and openness to digital tools
• Good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
