PerfectHair.ch is looking for a HR Generalist 70% immediately or by arrangement
What you do:
- Personnel administration: Management of personnel administration and support of the process from employee entry to exit (e.g., creating employment contracts, creating and maintaining personnel files, onboarding/offboarding process)
- Payroll and insurance: Payroll administration including execution of monthly payroll runs, management and coordination of personnel-related insurance matters (e.g., daily sickness and accident notifications), social insurance administration as well as cooperation with authorities, offices, and insurance carriers
- Employee support: Contact person for employees with questions and concerns in the personnel area, support with personnel-related inquiries such as salary questions, vacation regulations, insurance, and other work-related topics
- Recruitment and selection: Conducting recruitment processes, creating job advertisements, screening applications, conducting
- Employer branding: Maintaining and further developing the company presence on LinkedIn and Kununu, positioning as an attractive employer as well as implementation
What you bring:
- Completed training in human resources (e.g., HR specialist with federal certificate, MAS Human Resource Management, HR clerk)
- Several years of professional experience in HR functions such as personnel administration, HR generalist, or HR business partner
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and effective relationships at all levels of the company
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee data
- Independent, structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English skills
