Children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 live in the residential groups. In everyday life, they experience community and can develop in supportive relationships. The children and adolescents attend the internal special school or an external special education school in the mornings and afternoons. On school-free Wednesday afternoons, weekends, and holidays, the residential group organizes leisure activities tailored to their needs. They also benefit from individual internal therapy offerings in daily life.
One residential group is a pure relief residential group, which is only open on weekends (Friday evening to Monday morning) and during school holidays. For this relief residential group, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader immediately or by arrangement
Deputy Team Leader
(40% workload / on weekends and during school holidays)
Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the team in professional and organizational matters
- Resource-oriented support and daily life design
- Planning and organization of development goals and leisure activities
- Collaboration with parents, legal representatives, and school
- Tasks in administration and housekeeping
- Supervision of apprentices and interns
Profile
- Training as a certified social pedagogue HF / FH, HF nursing, care specialist, or health specialist
- Further training or experience in leadership and organization desired
- Experience working with people with intellectual and physical disabilities or people with autism spectrum disorder
- Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
- High commitment and resilience
