• Professional experience (completed apprenticeship as a baker EFZ)
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Independent and precise working method
• Physically robust, good condition
• Neat appearance
• Responsible, reliable and motivated
• Willingness to support other teams (pastry shop/packaging products/delivery to customers)
• Driver's license category B (advantageous)
