Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Preparation of dishes taking into account HACCP and GHP guidelines
- Control of outgoing dishes for quality, quantity, and presentation in compliance with internal company guidelines
- Management of the kitchen pass during service times in the absence of the head chef
- Ensuring and updating the hygiene and safety concept of the à-la-carte kitchen
- Conducting inventories in cooperation with cost controlling
- Representation of the head chef in his absence
- Planning and conducting specialized employee training
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal guidelines
- Support in supervising and training apprentices
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a cook EFZ as well as experience as a chef de partie in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Passion for cooking, combined with enthusiasm for innovation, creativity, and a high quality awareness
- Strong affinity for high-quality products as well as business thinking
- High reliability and sense of responsibility
- Ability to lead, promote, and motivate employees positively
