As an omnichannel brand, BLACKROLL® aims to create value, visibility, and growth across all relevant sales channels. We combine B2C and B2B in a smart mix, where multipliers and partnerships play a key role in reaching our customers in innovative ways.
Within our B2C Growth Team, you’ll help drive our e-commerce activities in France, working with a strong mix of in-house specialists, tools, and partners to maximize sales performance and brand awareness.
YOUR RESPONSEBILITIES
- You drive the commercial development of our e-commerce business in France and/or the Netherlands, including sales forecasting and budget planning.
- You plan, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives such as campaigns and promotions in close collaboration with E-Commerce, Marketing, and external partners.
- You localize and adapt international marketing campaigns to the French market to ensure relevance and performance.
- You take a hands-on role in implementation, executing initiatives independently where needed.
- You manage and steer your business area based on data, defining, tracking, and optimizing KPIs, targets, and performance.
- You act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration across teams.
- You continuously identify opportunities to improve reach, conversion, and revenue in your markets.
Your profile
- You are familiar with international e-commerce and have at least three years of relevant e-commerce experience with a brand, retailer, or agency.
- You feel comfortable working in an international e-commerce environment and navigating cross-market challenges.
- You think entrepreneurially and analytically, enjoy working with numbers, and base decisions on data.
- You are willing to push limits and take ownership beyond clearly defined responsibilities.
- You are a strong communicator who can align, convince, and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French and English (German is a plus, but not required).
- You can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You value teamwork, transparency, and agile ways of working and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team culture.
