Head of Logistics (m/f/d) 80–100 %

Leadership & Responsibility

In this key role, you will lead our logistics team both organizationally and personally and be responsible for all logistics processes at the site – from goods receipt through inventory management to goods dispatch.
In addition to operational management, you will take on a strategic-technical role focusing on digitalization, process automation, and ERP system support.

You bear overall responsibility for:

• Efficient warehouse and goods flow processes including infrastructure and inventory
• Timely processing of all orders (traded goods & own products)
• Leadership, development, and training of a team of approx. 4 employees and 1 apprentice
• Occupational safety according to SUVA guidelines
• Logistics system responsibility in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as introduction and operation of the KIES warehouse software
• Further development of interfaces, digital shipping and tracking processes, and automation potentials
• Close cooperation with SCM, purchasing, production, internal sales, customer service, accounting, IT, and external partners

What distinguishes you

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ with advanced training (HF, HFP, SCM or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in logistics – ideally in a leadership role
• Very good ERP knowledge, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with scanner solutions, warehouse automation, and process digitalization
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High team and leadership skills, reliability, and diligence
• Very good German, French is an advantage
• SUVA forklift license as well as pronounced IT affinity
