To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

• Ensuring first level support
• Receiving technical fault reports by email or phone
• Detailed recording of the fault report in the ticketing tool
• Independent problem analysis and problem resolution in the area of 1st level support and triage to 2nd level support
• Prioritization of tickets
• Proactive monitoring within the scope of our services
• Administrative tasks with a technical reference, especially in the area of inventory and documentation maintenance

• IT specialist (EFZ) or another basic training with a strong IT affinity
• Experience in IT support is an advantage
• Knowledge of working with ticket systems
• With your pronounced customer and service orientation, you handle inquiries with the necessary customer focus
• Discreet and resilient
• Flexibility, independent and structured work
• Team player
• Driver's license category B
