About the job
In this role, you ensure individual and consistent VIP guest care with a high degree of decision-making freedom
- Handling and managing individual VIP guest requests including independent coordination with all involved departments
- Preparation of the daily VIP report as an operational basis for arrival, stay, and departure
- Planning, organizing, and distribution of VIP welcome amenities as well as farewell gifts
- Execution and responsibility of the private butler service in the top suites of the Grand Hotels
- Ensuring professional food and beverage service according to the specified standards
- Support of delegations including overall coordination of all involved areas
- Organization and execution of special VIP guest requests such as birthdays or honeymoons
You bring experience in upscale guest care and a high service orientation for this position
- Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy sector
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in luxury hospitality
- Very good organizational skills and confident handling of digital tools
- Flexible, resilient, and independent working style with a high quality and sense of responsibility
- Host mentality, teamwork skills, as well as an open and communicative personality
- Excellent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
