Technical Sterilization Assistant (a) 80–100%

What you will do with us

• Clean, assemble, package, and sterilize medical devices
• Operate cleaning and disinfection equipment
• Document and release batches
• Work closely with nursing and operating room teams

What you bring

• Training as a Technical Sterilization Assistant (Expertise I) or willingness to complete it
• Interest in technology, attention to detail, and enjoyment of clear processes
• Team spirit, openness, and the ability to be flexible at times
• Good German skills (at least level B2)
