Collaborator for the Service and Administration Program
Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor | 50% | Chur
The Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor (UCIAML) currently employs about 120 collaborators in six regions of the canton of Graubünden. In addition to managing the Regional Employment Office (URC), we organize active labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. We also carry out various tasks in the labor market and occupational safety sectors.
To strengthen our team in the Labor Market Measures Division, we are looking for a motivated collaborator for the Service and Administration program within our GastroMensa employment program in Chur, starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Management and monitoring of the electronic cash register system during lunchtime and ensuring correct revenue accounting
- Specialist support to the program management regarding the training and assistance of program participants in the service, laundry, and cleaning sectors
- Administrative support to the program management, including maintenance of filing and documentation systems
What we expect from you
- Professional certificate in catering, retail, or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in managing electronic cash register systems
- Organizational skills and autonomy
- High social skills, empathy, and communication ability in dealing with different target groups
- Ability to work in a team and at the same time assertiveness
- Good spoken and written German skills, ideally knowledge of a second cantonal language
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools
- Flexibility in working hours (mainly at noon, rarely in the evening or during events)
