Your field of activity includes, among other things:
- Professional and personnel leadership of your employees
- Organization and coordination of daily business
- Leadership of five department heads
- You lead team meetings, organize internal training
- You are the contact person for our residents and their relatives
- You ensure that high-quality care under economic aspects is guaranteed
- You always keep an overall view and continuously optimize the conditions for individual and needs-based care of our residents in projects
You bring with you:
- Completed tertiary nursing education HF/FH
- Further training in management (e.g., department head in health organizations), foreign diplomas only with Swiss recognition
- Leadership training and experience in a comparable position
- Extensive practical experience in long-term care, especially in the specialist areas of dementia and palliative care
- Confident, loyal personality with life experience
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and networked thinking and acting
- Joy and drive to advance the development of this institution
- Solid knowledge of RAI-NH (RAI-LTCF)
- Clear, appreciative leadership style and decisiveness
- Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of common IT tools
