HR Specialist 50-60%

The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.

The visoparents foundation now has over 130 employees. In addition to the daycare centers, the day school, the IFA school (Intensive Support Autism Cycle 1) and the parent and professional counseling, about ten employees at the head office take care of administration, finance, management, HR management, communication, and fundraising.

To complete our team, we are looking for you from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

• You take over the entire personnel administration including work certificates.
• You are responsible for recruitment.
• You manage time tracking.
• You advise employees and supervisors on personnel-related issues.
• You organize events.
• You collect HR key figures and contribute to optimizing HR processes.

• You have completed commercial training and further training as an HR specialist (m/f/d).
• You enjoy taking on and shaping diverse tasks in a small HR team.
• You are characterized by solution- and service-oriented action as well as an independent and efficient way of working.
• Your good IT skills and your confident German complete your profile.
