About the job
In close collaboration with the team and the association of Espace 44, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing the sociocultural animation project of the center and neighborhood;
- Defining action objectives and ensuring their follow-up;
- Managing, jointly with the association's committee, the allocated annual budget;
- Assuming, with your colleagues, the responsibility for neighborhood animation and contributing to the local anchoring of the center;
- Promoting the development of associative life in the neighborhood and networking;
- Ensuring, in collaboration with the team, administrative tasks and the development of a communication plan as well as its implementation;
- Supervising and supporting monitors, interns, and HES students;
Profile
- HES diploma in social work or equivalent recognized title;
- Experience and good ability to work with intergenerational and multicultural audiences;
- Skills in group management and community project development;
- Ability to conceptualize and lead projects;
- Creativity, dynamism, and initiative;
- Organizational skills and planning ability;
- Autonomy and team spirit;
- Availability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends, flexibility according to the center's needs;
- Good knowledge of the Lausanne social system, strong interest in networking and associative environment;
- Comfort with computer tools;
- Specific skills (neighborhood festival, performing arts, sports, etc.) are an asset;
