THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- Collaborate in the development of solution architectures
- Operational, financial, and technical support/responsibility for the KeyCloak tool landscape (KeyCloak, Okta, Auth0)
- Consult and support stakeholders with requirements for managing digital identities with assigned roles, user accounts, and permissions
- Project participation in the design, setup, and further development of IAM & KeyCloak
- Platforms On-premises and Cloud
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting
- Active involvement in defining processes based on compliance and governance requirements in the IAM environment
- Create and maintain necessary documentation and concepts
- Activities within Incident, Service Request, and Change Management according to ITSM (Service Now)
- Financial management of the service
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- IT training (EFZ) or several years of equivalent professional experience
- Many years of experience in the areas of AD (On-prem), Azure AD, Identity & Access solutions
- Proven experience in the areas of Auth0 and Linux is desirable
- High independence, methodological and solution competence, and analytical thinking
- Communicative, resilient, and confident personality with team spirit
- Very good knowledge of German; English skills are an advantage
- Commercial flair or corresponding training
