About the job
Attached to the Admission and Study Management Service (SAGE), you participate in the administrative management of bachelor programs and provide administrative support to the dean's office and program managers:
- Ensure the follow-up and management of student files and respond to their questions related to their academic or administrative situation;
- Inform teachers about their contracts and the organization of their courses;
- Contribute to the coordination of teaching modules;
- Provide transversal administrative support to the educational team and the dean's office.
The activities of the position may evolve according to the needs of the service and the organization.
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commerce or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent command of common office tools, especially Word and Excel on Mac; knowledge of IS-Academia is an asset;
- Good practical organization and respect for deadlines;
- Ability to handle periods of variable intensity activity;
- Adaptability, agility, and flexibility allowing easy integration into a dynamic and demanding work environment;
- Ability to work independently while actively collaborating with other members of the service, the program dean's office, and module managers;
- Good interpersonal skills in interactions with students, as well as with teaching staff and administrative and technical personnel of the University of Applied Sciences.
