Your tasks
- Management of Production Luzern according to the strategic and operational guidelines of Brändi
- Continuous and consistent implementation of strategic transformation processes in the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for business management within the framework of annual target and budget specifications
- Ensuring the quality of support and assistance in the areas of work, professional integration and further training of around 100 employees and trainees with disability pension
- Shared responsibility with the management team for personnel management as well as the professional and personal development of 25 specialists
- Needs- and customer-oriented further development of the location, offers and processes
- Active maintenance and expansion of contacts with the economy, trade and relevant expert committees
Your profile
- Completed technical-commercial or commercial basic training with further higher diploma (FH / HF or similar)
- Sound knowledge in business administration and leadership
- Practical experience in technical and commercial processing
- Proven leadership experience
- Ideally experience in the social-economic environment
- High identification with the corporate culture of Brändi
- Independent, initiative and reliable working style
- Strong communication and dialogue skills
- Digital affinity
- Proactive, cooperative and clear leadership style towards specialists and employees
