As part of our young, dynamic Key Account Management team, you are responsible in this exciting role for the strategic support and further development of our largest customers in the automotive industry throughout Switzerland. Together with our dedicated field and internal sales team, you work purposefully to expand our market position with our key customers. Our goal: to make the lives of our customers easier through our innovative products, system solutions, and services – and for that, we need people like you.
Tasks
- You are the central contact person for our most important customers in the automotive industry and sustainably expand the partnership-based relationships – also on site
- You know how to convey the added value of our products, system solutions, and services specifically to customers and are not afraid to be present at the management level and conduct negotiations
- Against the background of your sales responsibility, you recognize opportunities, develop individually suitable strategies for customers, and concrete measures. You successfully implement these in close cooperation with the international Key Account Management of the Würth Group as well as with relevant internal interfaces
- You are the link between the customer and our internal interfaces, ensure smooth information flow, and coordinate field service as well as internal specialist departments to ensure excellent customer service and outstanding customer care
- You constantly keep an eye on the market, identify new, high-potential customers, and actively shape the future of our company through proactivity and boldly contributing innovative ideas
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in Key Account Management, and have a strong interest in the automotive industry
- You like people as much as numbers and have strong analytical thinking skills, process understanding, and a general interest in business processes and contexts
- You master office tools, especially Excel, effortlessly and can also professionally prepare and conduct convincing customer presentations
- You are an outgoing and communicative personality, have your own opinion, actively contribute, and drive topics forward
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style characterizes you, and you enjoy growing together with the team
- You bring humor, positivity, and motivation and are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment
- You have very good written and spoken German skills. French and English skills are an advantage
- You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland (2–3 days per week) and have a valid category B car driving license
