To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged
HR Assistant (80%)
As an HR Assistant, you will support our HR manager throughout the entire employee lifecycle and make an important contribution to smooth personnel administration processes. You will work closely with managers and employees and bring your organizational and administrative strengths to the role.
Your tasks
- Administrative support of employees from entry to exit (employment contracts, changes, certificates, etc.)
- Maintenance and management of personnel data in the Abacus system
- Support with payroll topics (preparation of changes, interface to payroll)
- First point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR questions
- Assistance with recruitments (job advertisements, coordination of interviews, applicant correspondence)
- Support with the time tracking system
- Participation in HR projects (digitalization, process optimization)
- Assistance with the introduction of new tools and organization of internal training
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training and further education in HR (e.g., HR Assistant with certificate)
- Initial professional experience in the HR environment or personnel administration
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks as well as a structured and reliable working style
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with HR or ERP systems is an advantage
- Fluent German, English skills are an advantage
- Service-oriented, discreet, and team-capable personality
