Your activities
In your activities, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the administrative and logistical aspects of managing Bachelor student files
- Assisting the student affairs service in organizing and conducting exam sessions
- Guiding students in university, faculty, and program regulations
- Managing the archiving of the teaching and student affairs service (SEAE)
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- CFC or equivalent qualification,
- Professional experience in administration, executive secretariat, logistics,
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, good listening and communication skills,
- Professionalism and rigor, priority management, strong sense of organization and planning,
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written),
- Very good knowledge of common computer tools.
