• You are able to offer comprehensive and quality advice to individuals in matrimonial and inheritance law, taking into account related branches of law (including tax law), and adult protection law
• You are capable of independently drafting provisions related to estate planning, marriage contract projects, inheritance pacts or wills, as well as mandates for incapacity
• You give presentations internally and externally and write articles in your area of expertise
• You are the first point of contact for all technical questions posed by your colleagues and support our financial coaches and clients in complex questions related to inheritances, matrimonial regime, or adult protection law
• You collaborate effectively with our financial coaches and help them achieve their goals

• Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned fields (completed legal training or Swiss lawyer or notary certificate is an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of French (priority) and German
• Liveliness of mind, analytical thinking, flexibility, initiative, excellent organizational skills, and stress resistance
• Several years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel within the canton of Bern
