- You operate the central coordination office and are responsible for ensuring that incoming patients within the St. Gallen Psychiatry are assigned to the optimal, professional, and needs-based treatment area.
- In this role, you provide advice and support primarily via phone, maintaining active contact with our potential patients, referring doctors, the location partner in Pfäfers, service partners, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- You ensure competent and service-oriented advice and significantly contribute to the high service quality of our clinic.
- You also take on conceptual, statistical, and administrative tasks.
- You hold a nursing diploma with a focus on psychiatry at the HF level or a comparable qualification and have several years of clinical experience.
- You bring solid psychiatric expertise.
- Your thinking and actions are customer- and process-oriented.
- You are characterized by high social and communication skills as well as strong assertiveness.
- Challenging contacts with various internal and external stakeholders motivate you.
- You enjoy coordinating work, possess organizational skills, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- You have proficient ICT user skills (e.g., Dedalus ORBIS, Opale bluePearl, Microsoft Excel, Outlook) and understand business contexts.

First Working Day
On the first day, you will have an onboarding session with your new team and other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and gain an overview of your upcoming tasks. Additionally, you will receive your individual introduction plan, which will help you get oriented quickly.
