- CFC in operations, building technology, or equivalent; extensive experience.

Your tasks:
- Operational management of a small team of mobile concierges for our mandate
- Management of schedules and absence replacements
- Management of client and supplier invoices and orders
- Ensuring quality controls of the sites
- Management of small repair projects and subcontractors
- Proposal of improvements and development of services for our client
- Daily follow-up of tickets, client requests, and reports
- Training of new employees
- Occasional on-site assistance (replacement during absences)
Your profile:
- CFC operations agent, building technician or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the concierge field, with management of a small team
- Very good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Very good command of French (C1 mandatory)
- Driving license mandatory
- Very good use of common IT tools (Office package) and ticketing software
- Autonomy, sense of service and responsibility, very good communication
