Senior Specialist Fund Operations (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for processing fund trading within the entire VP Bank Group
• Support of various units with complex issues, e.g. regarding fund offerings
• Performing the "Transfer Agent" function as well as handling the custody commission
• In-depth training in fund, Avaloq, and back-office processes with subsequent active participation and further development of workflows and services – both professionally and in collaboration with IT

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training as well as higher education in the financial sector (e.g. banking diploma, university of applied sciences, CAS) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the securities area, ideally with a focus on funds
• Experience in fund trading, in an asset management company, or in the middle/back office of a bank. Alternatively: experience in trading with interest in a focused role in the fund area or experience as a business analyst with the desire to be operationally active
• Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and high personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
