• You prepare security and tax inventories as well as inheritance certificates.
• You open wills, marriage and inheritance contracts and ensure that all formal steps are carried out correctly.
• You conduct discussions with heirs and develop inheritance division agreements – up to the execution of the inheritance division.
• You are responsible for the assessment of inheritance taxes.
• In your area of activity, you work independently, apply your expertise purposefully, and find solutions – from simple to complex issues in inheritance law.

• You hold the municipal clerk license of the canton of Lucerne, a master's degree in law, or a comparable higher education (e.g., bachelor's degree with additional training).
• You bring solid expertise and practical experience in civil law – especially in matrimonial property and inheritance law – as well as in public law.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in an administration.
• You think in networks, quickly grasp complex relationships, and act proactively.
• Independent decision-making and solution-oriented work are among your strengths.
• You remain calm even in challenging situations, organize efficiently, and communicate clearly, respectfully, and on equal footing – in flawless German.
