Job Description

For our production site in Düdingen, we are looking for a Process Operator (m/f) in the membrane production area starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement. The following exciting tasks await you:

• You are part of the lived safety culture in the company.
• You ensure the trouble-free operation of the assigned plants – including one of the world's largest and fully automated extrusion plants (line 3) – in compliance with the production schedule.
• You work alternately at different stages of the production chain.
• You support the process team in minimizing faulty batches, waste, and other losses.
• You share responsibility for achieving targets and eliminating losses in the overall process.
• You comply with standards as well as work instructions, laws, and regulations, especially occupational safety regulations.
• You actively promote improvement measures within the entire processes.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training and proven experience in industrial production.
• Good technical flair as well as manual skills and an independent, responsible, reliable working style.
• Very good German language skills (m/s).
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (possibly 4-shift system).
• Good knowledge of common office software programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• In hectic times, you maintain an overview and calmness.
