For one of our teams based in Le Locle, we are looking for a new member to join us from 01.05.2026 or by arrangement for a duration of 12 months, in the following role:
CNC Operator (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Production operations on turning machines
- Ability to operate a CNC machining machine independently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of changing tools and using presetting benches
- Specific maintenance of equipment
- Ability to self-check with traditional and automated measuring tools
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strict application and compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment procedures and regulations
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior in performing daily tasks, both in terms of rule compliance and conduct
- Participation in the continuous improvement of CNC machining processes
Your experience:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Precision Mechanic (or equivalent qualification)
- Essential confirmed knowledge and experience with turning machines
- Able to work in a 3-shift team
- Able to work independently
- Able to use computer tools
- Ability to integrate easily within a team
