About the job

• Conceptually develop strategic event communication in the department and define KPIs
• Implement strategic event management including event planning, execution, and evaluation
• Further develop and manage automated customer journeys for event communication in the CRM tool
• Co-design integrated corporate communication for the Department of Health

• Education at BSc level in communication and/or marketing or comparable training/continuing education
• Proven professional experience working with CRM systems as well as in implementing integrated corporate communication
• Confident expression (oral and written) in German and English, French is an advantage
• High degree of self-organization, personal responsibility, and service orientation
• Flexible personality with pronounced organizational skills and a healthy amount of assertiveness
