Operational manager laboratory analysis - Interregional Transfusion CRS

To complete our motivated and dynamic team of managers at the Transfusion Medicine Unit (UMT) based at CHUV in Lausanne, we are looking for a person interested in immunohematology and quality management. In this varied role, you play an important role in operational management within the laboratory. Start date immediately or to be agreed.

Mission

• Support the service managers
• Ensure operational management (IT, analyses and logistics)
• Ensure quality management within the sector (UMT)
• Take charge of customer service
• Organize training planning and teaching of collaborators
• Act as the reference user of the IT system.

Profile

• Diploma as biomedical analysis technician ES with 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of labile blood products and immunohematology techniques. Experience in quality management
• Communication skills. Open, positive and service-oriented character. Motivated, precise and dynamic
• Autonomous and comfortable working in a team, good stress management
• Fluency in French essential. Excellent mastery of IT tools.
