About the job
Your tasks- Overall responsibility for sales in the Austrian market
- Active support of existing customers as well as acquisition of new business partners
- Technical consulting of customers, preparation of customized offers as well as conducting contract and price negotiations
- Organization and execution of customer visits to European manufacturing plants to present, inspect, and accept machine and automation solutions
- Active promotion of order intake, sales, profitability, and quality standards in Austria
- Identification of short- and long-term optimization potentials to increase efficiency and profitability
- Analysis of corporate strategy, derivation of appropriate measures, and ensuring their consistent implementation
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training
- Solid experience in toolmaking and/or machining production
- Several years of practical experience as a sales engineer or sales manager in the Austrian industry
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM systems
- German: business fluent, English: an advantage
- High degree of initiative, creativity, and commitment
- Dynamic, goal-oriented, and structured working style
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Positive, convincing, and customer-oriented personality
