As part of the Communications and Engagement

(C&E) unit, the Strategic Communications Team Leader will drive ISO’s

strategic and integrated approach to external communications, ensuring all communications

and engagement activities achieve measurable impact and resonate with key

audiences. Leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals and consultants,

the role will focus on elevating the ISO brand, leveraging digital channels,

and strengthening ISO’s position as the leading voice for International Standards. By developing cohesive, audience-focused communications strategies

through close collaboration across ISO Central Secretariat and with key

stakeholders, the role will directly advance ISO’s organisational priorities

and strategic objectives.
