About the Position
In this versatile position as a mechanic, you play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations. You take on demanding maintenance and repair work on modern machines and equipment and actively participate in technical optimizations and projects. Your expertise in mechanics, automation, and control technology enables you to efficiently analyze malfunctions and implement sustainable solutions. In doing so, you work closely with various interfaces and make an important contribution to the continuous development of our technical infrastructure.
Our local product group Insulation & Components is the technical market leader in the design and manufacture of transformer bushings. Customers include well-known international companies in the electrical industry involved in power generation, power transmission, and power distribution. Our high-voltage bushings hold a leading position worldwide.
What You Can Achieve
Perform mechanical repair work on machines and equipment
Carry out maintenance and overhaul work on machines and equipment
Troubleshoot and analyze faults, as well as resolve issues on production equipment
Make adjustments and modifications to production and infrastructure systems
Participate in major projects in collaboration with various interfaces
Create and maintain maintenance documentation
Manage spare parts
What You Bring
Basic training as a mechanic in mechatronics, mechanical and plant engineering, or toolmaking
Professional experience in maintenance/repair of machines and equipment
Knowledge in automation/control technology/drive technology
German (good knowledge)
